The spatial design of the home is in consideration of family of four who desires another baby on the way and also wants space for their work from home printing business venture, other leisure activities such as baking, gaming and watching television, and lastly basic needs such as a bedroom and ample storage space.

The colour palette is a light brown colour, to promote enhance the feeling of ample light and space in the home. I chose to make the kids' bedroom sea themed to keep it kid-friendly and gender neutral but still rich in colour and fits in well with the overall theme and colour palette.
